As a kid, I love comics that has happy ending, most comics did have happy endings back then! Even as an adult I love the same and was a little upset with the Avengers: Infinity War and was hoping that the same would be corrected in Avengers: Endgame but the first trailer gave off the exact reverse message! So the trailer got most of us thinking about the rescuer and I got my own version and put the smile back on!
I am a big time Iron Man aficionado and a have a considerable number of figurines ranging from small 3.5inch figure all the way to 24inch figure! For this toy photography session, I picked my Marvel Legends Iron Man Mark-50, Tony Stark figure from Marvel Studios The First Ten Years dual pack with Mark-1. And because this Tony Stark came with a all suit up look I have do a body swap so picked “Guardian of Galaxy Vol-2” Starlord by Hasbro.
Internet is filled with speculation of “Who will Save Tony Stark” ranging from Pepper Potts to Captain Marvel, so I got creative and picked a Predator! This is a 7inch Fugitive Predator by Neca and he is menacing and just jelled with the background!
First, I just wanted do a single pic but later though of doing a full mini comic strip and started work! The story line started with where the trailer left us… The closest alient planet picked Iron Man’s distress call and sent its best predator to investigate! After learning, what happened in Titan and the encounter with Thanos, he accepts to take him home!
The scene and composition are all done in my studio and only the Titan like background was only photoshopped along with some color correction! I enjoyed this photo shoot and the entire process! Hope you had fun and let me know your suggestions and feedback in the comments section below.
