Wonder Woman had taken the second top spot in my heart since “Batman vs Superman”, thanks to Gal Gadot for most parts. I like Gal Gadot since Knight and Day and she started growing on me in the Fast and Furious. Today being her birthday I wanted to do special toy photoshoot with her action figure by Mattel. I picked her action from the SteppenWolf wave and started the shoot.

The Idea is actually to bring in some of her friends from “Justice League” movie but later realized that is pulling in a bit of fighting sprite. So got just Batman from the same wave to accompany her. The theme is like a late evening surprise that Batman pulls Wonder Woman into. Setup is relatively simple with just a red velvet cake(hand made by my sister) and some wine.

Diana Prince, cuts the cake followed by some wine and dancing to some romantic music! The entire set is done with props and creative camera angle. The background is the only photoshopped bit because I could get the exposure right if dropped in my laptop screen to serve as the background!

Though Batman just stands there for the most parts, adds extra human factor and makes this bit more lively. My favorite shot of this series is the second shot for the bokeh effect and the last shot for the party feel! All these shot are done with my trusty old bokeh friendly Nikor 35mm prime lens mounted on Nikon D3100! Once again I had lot of fun with props and camera… Once Again Happy Birthday, Gal Gadot have a wonderful year with lot of success.
